You can now buy Disney Halloween costumes for adults from Primark

Britain's high street stores enjoyed a bumper Christmas as official figures showed retail sales climbed at their fastest rate for nine years in December. The 5.3% increase year on year in sales volumes was the best since October 2004, while a 2.6% month-on-month hike also smashed expectations of a 0.2% rise. It suggested a much-needed consumer spending splurge materialised during a make-or-break period following a dismal autumn for UK shops.

Just because you’re a grown up doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a night out in fancy dress. And the one night of the year that proves that above all others is Halloween.

But if you’re tired of the usual witches, corpses brides and skeletons, then never fear. Primark has come to the rescue – especially if you’re a Disney fan.

Primark has got on board with the spooky theme this year with Disney Halloween costumes, for adults, not children.

Well, they’re not specifically labelled as Halloween garb but they’re released just in time and would make a great addition.

They are similar to many of the great Disney costumes they’ve released for children over the years, except these ones will fit fully grown humans.

Ok, Disney princesses aren’t particularly scary but neither are cats and they’re extremely popular at Halloween so it’s open to interpretation. Also, Cruella was dead evil so it’s unlikely anyone would question that costume.
